TeamCare Medical offers vaccinations for Influenza, COVID-19, Pneumococcal, Pneumonia, Shingles, tetanus, RSV, and other conditions that affect older adults.

Healthy Living

Our team understands that healthy living does not end with medical care. We have experts who are trained to diagnose other aspects of a person’s health, including referrals to specialists for depression and cognitive issues, social work services, physical and occupational therapies, therapeutic recreation at social day care programs, and nutrition education, among others.
